KPRO document delete

Hi,

We need to delete some KPRO documents from all the places they can be including SAP, Content server , any physical storage. I am using program 'DMS_KPRO_DELETE' . Can you please tell me if this program deletes the physical files/images or it deletes the link only? Please advise how we can permenantly so that that can not be recovered by any means.

Thanks,

JC

    Hi JC

With the help of DMS_KPRO_DELETE program you can only able to delete the KPRO object link but not the complete DMS/DIR.

If you want to delete the DMS completely from the system then use the standard program "MCDOKDEL" . First assign a deletion indicator to DMS/DIR which you want to delete from the system. Then use MCDOKDEL report to delete the DMS permanently from the system.

Use this report carefully as this will delete all the DMS of specific DMS document type from system s well as from server. you will not be able to trace any data after deletion.

    Thanks
