Unable to read Segments

Hi Experts,

I am trying to import an IDoc from ECC to SAP PI but i am getting an error saying " unable to read segments "  and we are sure we have released all the segments from ECC side.

And even i can see the Updated IDoc in idx2 but unable to import in ESR

Please help me out to solve this issue

Hi Manoj,

Did you check Data elements used for IDoc in R/3 system.

Hi,

If the issue is with Z IDOC, then check the if Z segments are released (WE30).

Hi Manoj,

Execute we30 T-Code in ECC, view the IDoc segments by mentioning Basic type. Double click on the segments --> segment editor. Here, check if all the fields are present correctly.

I once faced this issue and solved this way. I found that few fields were missing and got them corrected.
