Hello all,

could you tell if there is a standard transaction/list to extract the sales order by the field   "your reference" VBKD-IHREZ_E (ie "your reference" for ship to) at item level in the sales order

or the VBKD-IHREZ (ie "your reference" for the sold to) at item level

Thank you very much

Regards

Vincent

Hi Vincent,

you need to create a query in order to get this information. The relation between tables:

VBAK-VBELN = VBAP-VBELN

VBAK-VBELN = VBKD-VBELN

VBAK is the header information, VBAP is the line item information of sales order.

Finally use this relation and create your own query, in order to do this, use this link:

cheers,

Sarhan.

Hello Sarhan,

I have succeeded in creating a list with SQVI quick viewer. However, I'm not be able to populate this request for several users. Is there a tool to populate the request for several users ?

I'm going now to create a SAP query via SQ02 ; I think it will fixed my second issue ie the populating of my request for several users

Thank you again

Best regards

If this report is for several users then its better that you assign a transaction code to this report and give authorization of that transaction to users.

Hello Moazzam,

Thank you for your reply, you mean for the SQVI or the SQ01 ?

Best regards

Its better if you create in SQ01. We have more options in SQ01 and system also takes texts/description fields automatically without any coding but in SQVI you won't be able to see texts/descriptions. Use SQ01 and assign a transaction code.

Hi

SAP query or quick viwer is the best tool for such requirements. You can also use Logical database VAV for this.
