Issue with application monitor

Hi experts,

I have an issue within the application monitor. A shopping cart is created but the follow-on document in backend (reservation) can't be created due to a wrong status of the material or because the material is getting changed at the same point of time. After correction of the status or after the change of the material I try to transfer the SC again as an administrator directly from the application monitor. The item disappears but nothing happens, no follow-on document created, see actual status:

Any experience with this behavior?

Hello,

According note 387701, workflows WS10000214 and WS10000215 have to be activated in order to retransfer documents from application monitor.

One of them is to delete shopping cart item using Application Monitor and the

other one is to resubmit the cart. Then, once this settings are done, you can

retransfer I1112 carts from Application Monitor.

Hi Ricardo,

thanks for your hint, I also had seen this note and tried to do this. I've activated these workflows and tried to transfer the items but nothing happened. The entry disappeared from my list, but no follow-on document had been created.

And if I checked the workflows some minutes later they had been deactivated.
