Automatic write off in FSCM Dispute Management is not working

Dear reader,

I am having the same issue as describe in question “Automatic Write off in Dispute management”; but this question does not have any solution attached to it and this question is clearly closed.

I have run the Automatic Write off UDM_AUTOWRITEOFF for a dispute case, but still I find the dispute does not change its states as per Automatic Status Changes settings.

I have the status setup and also have the automatic status change setup.

When running the automatic write off program I am not getting any error, the system is giving the message as Started. Not sure whether I need to run any other program to get it completed, and that the status of the dispute case get changed to status Closed and also write off amount getting updated into the dispute case. Automatic write off and automatic close set at status 70.

And also, as per information in UDM_AUTOWRITEOFF, system will schedule a program RFDM2000 to post the write off to FI, but that is also not happening.

The automatic write off configuration has a valid G/L account and cost center assigned; so I am not sure what else to do. I also verified that I do not have a user authorization problem.

As per information in UDM_AUTOWRITEOFF the system will blocks the Dispute Case for manual changes, but that is also not happening.

Could Anybody please help, so the dispute case should change its status to Closed. And furthermore it should schedule the program to post the write off amount to accounts and update the write off amount into the dispute case?

Thanks you in Advance for your guidance/inputs

Regards,

Roald Naar

I am facing the same issue. In my case report RFDM2000 is being scheduled in the background and able to finish successfully. The thing is there is not even an error in both runs. It just says dispute case has been changed but not actually when you check it.
