How To Cancel thousand of CRTD PM03 orders !!Urgent!!

Hello every body,

I've thousand of CRTD PM03 orders making troubles for me,

i want to cancel all of them by one click !!

Is that possible?

Hi Faisal,

by cancel you mean status TECO (technically completed)?

As the orders are in status CTRD, you can do following:

Transaction: IW38

1. mark all orders

2. mass release (..works automatically if filling of settlement rule is not mandatory or reference object provides settlement rule) -> green flag

3. mass technical closure -> racing flag

Another option would be to use the archiving (transaction SARA) - you will find on the net some hints on this.

thank you for replay,

i  want to do CLSD  to all of them one time, not one by one,

the way that i knew it is to access Order > Functions > Complete > Do not execute

& it have to be one by one !!

I fear a direct switch from CRTD to CLSD is not possible (..nore to NCMP "not completed").

If you don't want to prgramme a LSMW, then you should follow the steps I described.

I recommend you use LSMW, if you have the option. Make the necessary LSMW via recording(s).
