Standard sets 5KKAPVER missing in capacity evaluation and capacity check transactions

HI Experts,

WE never used capacity planning modules. We recently upgraded to ECC 6 system. System is giving termination messages in capacity leveling and evaluation codes like CM21, cm22 etc. we tried to copy the standard sets from source client 000. But client copy is giving error messages that sets are damaged and cannot be copied. As these sets are in sap name space we are not able to create in manually. Is there any way to create missing sets.

thanks

Rijil

Hi Rijil,

When you execute CM21, you are running CM25 using the overall profile assigned in your User parameters. Identify which is the overall profile and do this:

  1. Go to the Overall Profile configuration to determine what is the Selection Profile assigned into the Overall Profile.
    • SPRO  --> Production --> Capacity Requirements Planning  --> Capacity leveling and extended evaluation  --> Define overall profile
  2. Once you know what is the Selection Profile, go to the Selection Profile configuration to see what is the Object set:
    • SPRO  --> Production --> Capacity Requirements Planning  --> Capacity leveling and extended evaluation  --> Define selection profile
  3. Finally, go to the configuration of your set and check what is wrong:
    • SPRO  --> Production --> Capacity Requirements Planning  --> Capacity leveling and extended evaluation  --> Technical settings  --> Selection  --> Selection set  --> Define sets

Note that in the meantime you can try to user other overall profile.. check CM25.

Kind Regards,

Mariano
