APO created PchOrd not showing in ECC

Hello, I'm hoping someone may have some insight.

I have been seeing an issue with one destination in APO - heuristic runs properly, deployment runs properly.  A transfer planner manually TLB's the confirmed orders, and then transfers them to OLTP system.  However, instead of CIF'ing to ECC, they get "stuck" in the system.

But the orders aren't showing up in the cif.  You are unable to delete from the TLB screen, as it says they are known in the OLTP system, but they do not show in ECC at all.

I can see them in RRPF under PchOrds and delete from there, as they are easily segregated from true stock transfer orders since they never get the correct number sequence.

Has anyone had this issue? Any resolution ideas?

Thanks,

AK

Hi April,

Your issue is not very clear to me. You said ".. instead of CIF'ing to ECC, they get "stuck" in the system." Are you saying that, there is a failed Q in CIF (APO outbound/ECC inbound)? If so, you can always check the CIF application log in CQ to understand the issue. Probably you dont have an active IM for purch.ord for that prod-plant/dc combination.

"But the orders aren't showing up in the cif.  You are unable to delete from the TLB screen, as it says they are known in the OLTP system, but they do not show in ECC at all."

This statement is not so clear as well

Are saying that the order was transferred successfully to ECC as you dont see any hanging 'queue' in CIF? Assuming you used 'C5' to transfer the order. Still you dont see the order in ECC (in MD04)?

Please do one thing-

Go out of the planning book (I guess you did save the result of interactive TLB run) and check the purch.ord in the RRP3. Whsts the order no.? is it similar pattern which comes from ECC? As you know, when you transfer any order from APO to ECC, it gets a new order number(in APO) as it gets from the ECC system.

Compare your RRP3 view with ECC MD04 view for that product-location.

Hope you get some pointer.

Hi AV,

We do get similar issue for TLB Pur Ord gettsing stuck in CIF and not transferred to ECC.

These are orders without numbers.

However, we can see these orders in CIF delta report with Error 182.

If you are not in a position to delete from CIF delta, you will have to delete from the product view.
