PFCG - Web Dynpro appl. - POWL parameter BP_VERSION

Hello,

Can someone explain & show me what the parameter BP_VERSION actually means when adding it to the Web Dynpro Application node for a POWL?

The POWL still works if this parameter is not added to the PFCG role node and I haven't been able find information regarding the parameter BP_VERSION.

Hi,

you could have the explanation in the transaction SU20 / SU21 

I'm note sure your WebDynpro is list in the SU24, but you could check it also

Thank you for your help Fred, but this hasn't got anything to do with authorization objects.

I've found out what the parameter BP_VERSION does in this case.

For POWL type O2C-SALESREP-SALES, some different logic is used depending on the Business package version (for EhP4).

Found this 'info' in the feeder class of the above mentioned POWL type.
