ESS field PRDNI not save

Hi experts,

I have sap netweaver with ESS, all work fine except the field "Document no." (PRDNI) in personal data that it is not save it.

All proccess is ok, but, at the end, if i check in pa30 not appear filled and appear blank in portal too.

Any idea?

Dear Victor,

The field  "Document no." may be ticked as unused in the table V_T588MFPROPS or C table, Kindly uncheck the same, After that you should be able to save.

- How can check an employee his version?

Hello Victor,

ok C stands for V_T588MFPROPC table, Kindly create an entry  for Country Grouping, Suppose you are using for India then 40 create the entry,  also please mention subtype and other details.

For checking employee C.G. go to transaction se11 , In PA0003 check the VIKEN field of employee, then you will find the same.

You are right, the problem is... how can fill the VIEKN field?

I check that some employee has the field in blank.

Hello Victor,

please go through the note 1447867 and set the T77S0 indicator as suggested in that.

You can also run the report HTHUVIEK to set the VIKEN for all employees. Moreover please

make sure that in the Feature, You have made the MOLGA entry for required country.
