Error while setting data in data provider object - SOFFICEINTEGRATION153

Bonjour All,

We have recently applied SP-14, Solution Manager 7.1 - after this we are not able to open MS Word or Excel documents on SOLAR01 from remote locations. We are using document server OpenText. Below is the error:

Message no. SOFFICEINTEGRATION153

Can anyone suggest what could be reason?

(interestingly the documents can be opened from the same location where server is located but not from remote locations - also, there is no problem with text documents, only problem while opening Word and Excel documents)
