GR (MB31) is not happening

Dear Sap User,

We have introduced MTO process. Planning strategy is using 50. According to this process, steps we are following;

  1. Sales order entering in the system.
  2. Scheduled MRP RUN.
  3. Planned order conversion to process order.

Problem we are now facing, while planned order is being converted to process order, under goods recpt tab of process order , Goods Receipt is marked with untick , which is not allowing GR means MB31 is not happening.

This is problem is happening only MTO not in MTS.

Please provide solution.

Regards,

Amit Biswas

      Hi Tintu,

      As expert Anupam mentioned, it's mostly related with AAC settings. Are you using standard AAC or use any custom? Please refer the below link to find out the AAC which is used in the Sales order.

      Please check these settings and also check material's material type settings in OMS2.

      Thanks
