ability to sort output based on record selection

I Have a report that totals according to Department. the thing is, they would like to see for example trophy's first in the output but its showing last. where is the sort i can use? when i look at the sort, it does not allow any ascent or descending, on Record select sort, if that would be the way.

we base on 2 cols based on 'TRP' as that value, so i assume that it's processing according to ascending. because the other 2 order corp and medals and they display accordingly, C and M.

Hi Paul,

If you already have a group on a field, you won't be able to change its sort order from the Record Sort Expert - you'll need to do this from the Group Expert.

Could you post some example of what you're trying to achieve please?

Hi Paul,

So you want to display the Department wise trophies in descending order?

Is it only one column from which the data for Trophies comes?

If so, in Reports tab, you can use "Record Sort Expert" by selecting column which is related to Trophies and select "Descending" radio button for "Sort Direction".

If there any additional logic for getting trophies column data, please provide.
