Create delivery for complete items on incomplete order

Hello,

I have a requirement to be able to create the delivery for the complete items on a sales order with incomplete items.  Further, this requirement is to be executed for a specific customer only.  I know that the standard SAP configuration for the incompleteness log will prevent delivery for any lines on the sales order if even one item is incomplete.  We don't want to remove the incompletion for the one item, only to create the delivery for the other items.  Is there any way to achieve this?

Have you tried creating the delivery for the completed line items?

I cannot create the delivery because the completed line items have no confirmed schedule lines.
