I have 4 users who have Crystal Reports 2013 installed on their workstations. The application crashes on them multiple times each day. I would like to see if the programs are up to date - they are running version 220.127.116.116. Whenever I click on the help menu and choose check for updates nothing happens. I don't know if this means they are up to date or if the update is not functioning/blocked by our firewall. Come to think of it I don't think I've ever noticed Crystal reports updating itself. Are there links to the service Packs and updates that I can manually download and install? My hope is that the updates will reduce the number of times the program crashes.
