"No Data Found" in SPL Detail Analysis

Morning all,

So we've recently run into a scenario where SPL hits are coming back with a "No Data Found" error when trying to view the detailed analysis. This is only happening when the partner initially hits against SPL screening - if the partner in question happens to be changed in the feeder system and re-screened, we're seeing the analysis as it should be. The Audit trail however will show the SPL entries causing the block despite the no data found message.

Has anyone else run across this with 10.0 or seen anything similar? I have looked at note 1354285, but it doesn't appear to be valid for the release level despite describing the same issue.

    Meanwhile ,I will try to figure out the exact reason, please can you check if your case has other associated symptoms as outlined by below notes.
