Extractor check shows data but Data load has no records

I have tried to extract full load for selected materials without success because the infopackage monitors says that "

No data available in the source system for this selection"

I checked the extractor checker RSA3 in R/3 and could see data for the selected materials.

for some reason, I can't extract data for full load. I am working on COPA 1_CO_PA120ZBIL_06 extractor.

any idea where I can find the reason why there is no data.

How are you entring the materal number in the selection field ?Is it alfa converted ?

For Eg : IF you have a material no 12345 and the length of this field from the source is 10 then preceed five zeros before your materal number which in this case will be 0000012345 .

Try this and let us know if it works !

    • Can you be more specific ? I mean where excatly you are checking the records..... at PSA or DSO ?

If it is at PSA then your transformation has nothing to do with the missing records and if it is at DSO, Possibility is there that there were some duplicate records arriving from source and based on the key combination of your DSO it got overwirte and hence you see such count of records.

Try to run info pack with some selections like fiscyear/calday/fiscper or valuetype/comp code

Play with selection and try to load data.
