Error when test Service Consumer in SAP CRM

I'm try to test a Service Consumer generated by an external WSDL definition. I follow the steps in the screenshots until the error message appears.

Can anyone help me?

please check the HTTP destination or RFC Destination, whether the connection is established or not.
