Basic Configuration page not loading

Hi,

We are trying to execute the solution manager basic configuration steps after the support pack upgrade. We executed ibase creation ( Step 7) which created lot of activity logs & there after the step doesn't load. When we click on the step, it times out. Please advice if there is an option to clear the logs through a program or any other options.

Thanks,

    Please check if the following note help:

    1483508 - Solution Manager 7.1: Root Cause Analysis pre-requisites

    Could you please check the component lm-service release from
    http://<solman host>:<Java HTTP port>/sap/monitoring/ComponentInfo ->
    'all components'?

    The latest patch for lm-service 7.1 SP8 is 6, if your patch level
    lower than 6, please apply the latest path from
    http://service.sap.com/patches
    -> Browse our Download Catalog
    -> SAP Technology Components
    -> SAP SOLUTION MANAGER
    -> SAP SOLUTION MANAGER 7.1
    -> Entry by Component
    -> Solution Manager JAVA Stack
    -> SOLMANDIAG 710
    -> # OS independent
    The deployment steps can be seen in note 1483508 Solution Manager
    7.1: Root Cause Analysis pre-requisites

    Thanks

    Vikram

    '1865122 -

    Solution Manager 7.10 Configuration Check errors : "A timeout occurred during the execution of the OS Command Console" "An unexpected error'

    Thanks
