RFQ Response: file RFQ_RESPONSE.xlsx missing

While trying to upload the bid excel file in response to RFQ published on Portal, I'm getting following message:

"Cannot submit response to freight agreement RFQ XXXXXX; file RFQ_RESPONSE.xlsx missing.

The system is with latest Support pack, anything I'm missing?

Hi Vasant,

the process is as follows:

- click on "Browse" to select the RFQ_RESPONSE.xlsx from your hard drive

- click on Upload

- after upload is finished, click on Submit at the bottom

Only if you click "Submit" without uploading the file, you should get the error mentioned by you.

If the submission is still not working when following the above steps, please create a ticket.
