CA Certificate Issue while logging Data Services

Hello Experts,

Could you please respond as soon as possible, production issues here.

Below is the error:

Data Services : Data Services 4.2 SP 1 Patch 5.

BIP version: Business Objets Business Intelligence Platform 4.1 SP 5

Below is the error message while trying to login to Data Services post installation with local repo.

Job server CA certificates in the repository are invalid. Resync the job server

from server manager.

When we tried searching experts answers , they replied with remove the entries from the AL_MACHINE_INFO table, but we are in vain. We are not sure about which entry to delete and how it will effect remaining servers/job servers which have entries in the AL_MACHINE_INFO table.

Could any one please let me know what will be the effect if we delete all entried from AL_MACHINE_INFO table?

    Hello Arun,

    Thank you. Did that as well but of no use. Getting the same error again after restarting the server box.

    Tried with un-install and re-install as well.

    Please Suggest any alternatives.

      Hello Arun,

      Tried this also... 😔... Between ther are no job servers as such. This local repo is already being used and configured with various job servers. We have also tried creating a new job server and attached to this local repo. After restarting the job server we ended up with receiving the same error again.

      Next, Ran the SetupKeyStore.bat and confirmed that new security certificates are generated under /ssl/CA/

      We did the same process what we are following with new client machines. Something strange this time. By the way Authentication is LDAP not Enterprise.
