Opentext Administration Client - Delete disk volumes

Hello,

Do you know how to delete a disk volume in the Opentext Administration Client?

In the path Archive Server/Infrastructure/Disk Volumes,  I can only rename it, but I can´t delete it nor change the mounth path.

Hello Ana,

  Use command delVolume <volume name>

  But one thing I noticed is, it is deleting even if the documents still exists and also they are not being accessed on leading application.

   So mind it when you are deleting the volume.

   Let me know if you need some thing on this.

Where should I type de delVolume command?

I have installed next products:

On the application server:

- Archive Monitoring Server 10.5

- Archive Server 10.5

- Solution Registry Agent 10.5

On the frontend:

- Opentext Administration Client

Hullo Ana,

You could empty the volume and then use the Delete_Empty_Volumes job

In the Admin client

<server>:<port>

- Archive Server

  -System

    - Jobs

      Manually run the Delete_Empty_Volumes job
