Input Form disappears-

Former Member

I have a workbook with 3 input forms that works great for all of our team but one person,   for this one user the 3rd input form disappears when opening the report.   I have tried everything I can think of to resolve so I am reaching out to the community to see if anyone has seen this before.

1. The input forms have all dimensions specified in each axis - so context would not change anything

2. The sheet options are set to show all rows and columns

3. The input form works for this user if they log into another PC - so we erased their profile an created new on on their pc.

Any other ideas on what might cause this behavior?

Thanks

Hi Nick

Tried with the same user, but on another PC?

Besides, you want to display the report filtered by context?

I ask because the same problem happens to us where just 2 of 7 users can see well the report, we have matched the PC, all versions and still not lose the report.

Hi Nick,

Also check for latest graphics drivers for that PC.

If it works on other PCs then the issue must be on that PC only.

Hi Nick,

Check security for that user, also try a newer version of excel add on, latest is SP 19

Hi Nick,

What do you mean by "disappears"??? Become hidden, deleted or what?

All of the members go away- they are not hidden or moved.   When I click where the input form is supposed to be I can tell the default report is still there but it is a blank spreadsheet.

I have also seen it keep the column labels but everything else goes away.
