Value " " does not exist; enter a diffrent value

Hi All,

When I try to filter values based on characteristic or nav attribute I am facing the issue which is shown in screenshot below:

Selection cannot be made.

Customer A exists in Masterdata, moreover if I insert key in "Enter a value for Customer" is works fine.

I have also settings in IO Customer

Business Explorer -> Display -> Text

Any ideas?

Hi,

You need to check at info object level, what kind text you selected and maintained.

Seems like above you enter text is short description. But most of the case at info object level we may maintain medium description.

please go to customer info object, BEx tab, see there which desciption you selected.

Even cross check your text data source to infoo bject, which description you mapped.

You may entered wrong formate data like Custom\A. delete and enter the correct value and see the results.
