Crystal Reports issue loading in streaming Citrix environment

I have a couple applications that I am having troubles getting Crystal Reports to work correctly when I stream it in my Citrix environment. The application works fine when I install it on a Citrix server and push it out that way. It doesn't like our streaming software for some reason. When I try to run the report from my app, it just hangs. It never opens the crystal report shell or the report that you are trying to run. There aren't error messages at all either.

The software we are using is a Citrix proprietary software called Citrix Streaming Profiler, which when launched by a XenApp user utilizes the following services to create a sandbox: Citrix Streaming Helper Service & Citrix Streaming Service

    Hi Quinn,

I suggest contacting Citrix and ask them what and how you can debug this.

We do support Citrix but nothing mentioned about this service...

Likely permissions or resource issue. Typically when it hangs either something is waiting to time out or somewhere there is a pop up asking permissions for something.
