E Portal went down suddenly

Hi Team,

Suddenly our Enterprise portal went down. I couldnt  able to find the issue from logs.

Could you please help us.

Hi,

What is your Portal data source? Is it Web AS Java or is R/3?

If it is R/3 system, please check if R/3 system is up or not.

If it is Web AS Java, please check if J2EE_GUEST user is not locked.

If it is locked, unlock it and reset the password and restart the server if required.

Please also check the space of oraarch folder that might have got full.

Hi Anurag,

Its Web AS Java and the user is not locked.

We are using SQL, there is enough space.

After restarting the services it came up. But i'm not sure how it went down.

I've seen few of the software/development components are deployed, i observed in component info list. Almost at the same time it was happen.
