Custom Logo not loading in Fiori Launchpad

Hi All,

We are on N/W 7.4, Gateway 2.0  with UI SP 09 add-on. Our SAPUI5 version is 1.22.2

The SAP logo is seen despite uploading the custom image using the Fiori Theme Designer.

The custom logo is visible in the preview as well, but not when we publish the theme and browse the Fiori Launchpad. However, rest of the changes done to the theme are visible (like color changes). We have tried clearing the browser and n/w cache (frontend / backend) as well.

Can someone point us in the right path?

Hi Arnab,

I see the SAPUI5 version is low.

Please look at SAP Fiori - UI Add-on SP09 update troubleshooting.
