How to get the details of which reports are built on which Bex Queries

Former Member

Hi Guys,

I've a requirement here.

I've some bulk of reports which were built on Bex Queries in BO 4.0

Now, my requirement is i would like to see a reporrt that displays the

Report NameConnection NameBex Query

If it is less no.of reports, we can manually do this. But how do we do for bulk no.of reports.

Is it possible to get this kind of report?

If so, can someone please let me know how to do that?

Thanks,

Prasad.

Hello Mahendra,

Please follow the steps below to get the BEx Query Name using a Query Builder:

1. Launch a BusinessObjects Query Builder and login as Administrator.

2. Write below query :-

SELECT SI_WEBI_DOC_PROPERTIES FROM CI_INFOOBJECTS WHERE SI_NAME = 'Report Name'

4. Submit and you would find the Query name and it starts with DSNAME="ZQ_ZRPA_M001_MI7305_Q0007_WWR"

Please check attached screenshot for better understanding.

I hope it helps..!!!
