Migrated 7.5 Appset not available in BPC 10 Connection Manager

I have migrated my 7.5 app to BPC 10 server and now I am unable to connect to it from a client PC. I can only acess it when I’m logged in with the install ID. All users can see enviromentshell but can’t see finance (migrated appset) . I even created a new app using enviromentshell and users can’t see that either. If we log in with the install ID we can see them all.

You know of any additional steps that are needed to migrate that could be causing this?

    Hi Adam,

I'm working on 7.5 version so I'm not sure if it's the same behaviour on 10 version but after an upgrade or a copy of an environment normally all the users change their status from ACTIVE = 'Y' to 'N'.

In 7.5 you just need to enter with the sysadmin user in the admin console, modify one user, not important which one, and automatically all users change thier status.
If doesn't occur please verify that the tblusers table of this environment has active field ='Y' for all users.

    Hi Adam,

Go to Admin Console(Web) -->Go to the bottom screen and click on the appset name.

After that all the appset will be shown in pop up (not your migrated appset ofcourse)

Click on Manage All Appsets -->

After that you will be able to see your appset.

Select on your row and click on change Status -->Make your migrated Appset ONLINE

    Hi Adam,

You need to refresh the connection list using admin console and you need to refresh security assignements in admin console as well for all the users just to check that the security schema has been taken into account as well.
