SAP BPC MS (10) Inter Company Elimination

Dear Experts,

We are implementing SAP BPC MS (10) and are trying to run inter company elimination. I have configured as per the How To doc but I am not getting any output; the DM package is getting succeeded but no "0 rows calculated".

Do we need to run SPICDATA as a pre-requisite to SPICBOOKING? If yes, why? I have read the literature around it but couldnt understand if its a technical pre-requisite.

Please find below SP logic and DM package selection

*RUN_STORED_PROCEDURE =
SPICBOOKING([Conso_FX],[ACTUAL],[%TIME_SET%],[INR],[S_CGM01],[%LOGTABLE%],[%SCOPETABLE%])

*COMMIT

DM Package

PROMPT(SELECTINPUT,,,"Please select category, entity and TASKCOPYCOLUMNS([taskname], [source columns], [destination columns])time for
restatement","CATEGORY,RPTCURRENCY,TIME_FX,SCOPES")

Please let me know if you need more information.

Thank you

Rajat

    Hi ,

You have to first understand whether you want to create scenario for:

1.Intercompany Matching (a separate model ,package and configuration - IC BOOKING) Model - ICMATCHING

    or

2.Inter Company Elimination. If it is intercompany elimination then it will be CONSOLIDATION Model ,and separete consolidation script/package and you have to define the Inter Company Accounts and Business Rules for Eliminations in Consolidation Model.

    Hope it helps!!

      HI Rakesh,

      Thank you for the response.

I want to run Inter-company elimination. I have configured as per the How to guide, created Seller business rule and the IC Accounts but not getting an output. Had I got an error I could have investigated.

Seeking help to understand if someone faced a similar issue and its resolution.

      Regards,

      Rajat Gupta
