For years, we have had our Early Watch reports emailed to us via Solution Manager.
However, this week, no Earlywatch reports have been received by email.
SOST is configured and working fine. Technical Monitoring alerts from Solution Manager are being sent via SOST as normal.
SDCCN has been checked and the relevant jobs are still setup and working.
SM:EXEC SERVICES job is running daily and completing as normal. The log file does not throw up anything obvious that I can see. I've attached the log file. Ignore the "cannot be sent" entries, this is correct and for an old Solution.
So the Earlywatch reports are being generated. But after months (and years) of working fine, they are now not getting to SOST. And I'm not sure of the process to get them there.
Any help would be appreciated.
