Hi Calin
Can you check the your READ RFC user in managed system has role Z_SOLMAN_READ ?
Even the authorization check in RFC connection is OK, the Read RFC user need this role.
Because in the SolMan setup program, the program checks whether this specific role name is assigned or not. So if the user does not have this name's role, you get the error that you reported.
Best Regards

Hi Calin,
Is this probelem solved? Please make sure that managed system setup of P2B should be green before activation of BPmon for P2B.
For the above issue ,Can you check connection test in Step 4 of managed system setup of P2B (step 4-->Parameters to connectect ABAP system-->make sure this connection test successful with user/password mentioned)
Thanks,
Prakash
