A/R Reserve Invoice

Hi All,

           I'm using SAP Business One 9.0 PL5. I want to Create the delivery After A/R Invoice. I mean to say that i get the total incoming payments then only I will make a delivery to my customer. I think In 8.8 family, Through reserve invoice it is possible. Like that, Is there any possibility in 9.0?

    The Screenshot which you have shared that is belongs to 8.8 or 9.0? I checked in my 9.0 demo version. It is not there.

Hi,

The above screen shot is from 8.82 version.

For India localization and 8.8 family, there is no AR reserve invoice function. Please refer below thread.

    Thanks. But how can i create delivery after i received full payment. I mean i receive firstly down payment of 50% and then finishing the Production, ill get remaining payment then i'll deliver my product.

Help me in this.

Hi sai Krishna,

yes, you can use the reserve invoice for this scenario. SAP Business One also offers a downpayment invoice whereby you can receive a downpayment. e.g. 80% in advance & then issue the final invoice with the delivery or after.

Thanks for your response on my query. I know that we can make reserve invoice in 8.8 family. But, my question is - whether it is possible or any alternative to do it in 9.0 or not?

My question clearly states that I want to make Delivery after invoice...

so sorry, I thought I was clear, yes, the reserve invoice functionality is available in 9.0 & 9.1 as well.
