Hi,

check if have a directory called /usr/sap is available, in your server?
If not create a directory and re-try

Thanks,

Razal

Thank you all for your help.

I have resolved my issue by editing the host file with correct entry, also some of the ports are not open previously. The installation completed successfully

@Jituda Jahab, I think you have to take a good look at your Linux operating system. This sounds like a Linux installation that is NOT according to SAP specifications.

Did you do all the required pre-installation checks and configuration checks? If the SLES11 SP3 was only a plain install then you might miss some SLES setting and packages. Follow the SAP HANA installation guide (Unit 2 - Before Installing an SAP HANA System) and SAP Note 1944799 - SAP HANA Guidelines for SLES Operating System Installation.
