Contact person wise sales.

Dear all,

I have a requirement related to contact person wise sales. the requirement is that each customer is linked with a contact person, contact person can be changed. i will explain with example.

Customer name : AAA

Contact person : 123 from 01.01.2012 to 31.12.2012

Contact person : 456 from 01.01.2013 to 31.12.2013

Contact person : 789 from 01.01.2014 till date.

total sales from the customer is 1,00,000 /- cumulative all years. now i need to know the sales as per the contact person during their respective validity period.

I need to store the contact person details in the customer master so that i can track the list of contact persons for each customer.

I cannot go for the partner functions as there is no scope for capturing the validity dates.

Please suggest any solution.

Hi, you can you MCTA report for this purpose... contact person wise details can be fetched based on contact person number from table CDHDR and CDPOS.

Hi,

Generally in the customer master even if you change the name of the contact person the Number for the contact person will be the same.

These changes are Tracked in the Table-CDHDR

you have to go with a Z Report linking these Tables
