Hide Accounts Receivable Pledging Indicator in FBL5N

Hi,

I wanted to hide the "AR Pledging Ind" that is appearing FBL5N report: Environment->Mass Changes->New Values.

Tried to deactivate the Pledgin indicator in Company Code and Suppress the field in Customer Master Field status group.  The field was suppressed in Customer Master but still appearing in FBL5N.

Any idea how to suppress this field in FBL5N mass change.

Make the field as display mode by using transaction variant SHD0 by following document

I've tested that and I can set the field as display mode.

Set the field as "Output only" in transaction variant from SHD0 as below :

Then check your screen FBL5N.

Hi Dev,

Thanks for your prompt reply.  I tried to do the same.  When I give the transaction variant ZFBL5N and click create, I am getting an empty screen as below.

Am I doing something wrong.

Press enter to continue (you may have to press enter more than once), you will find next screen of FBL5N, then execute the t-code, you will find this screen again, you have to press enter to continue (you may have to press enter more than once), then after the report will execute, just go to Environment - Mass Changes - New Value and keep continue press enter until you didn't get the field "AR Pledging Ind"

When you will find the field, then you have to press "Exit and Save"

Hi Sathesh,

Have you tried this.

1)FBL5N Menu field select the "Change Layout"

2)From Layout select the Indicator and and select the Right Arrow.

3) Save your layout.

You can hide this field in this way also.  Please let me know if this is useful.  Thanks.

Hi Dev,

I made the changes mentioned by you, but still not possible to grey out the AR pledging Ind.  Is there a special package under which I have to save the variant.  Thanks a ton for your help.

Have you activated that ?

Go to SHD0, then do the same.
