Error in Incident Creation Workflow

Hi All,

While creating Incident, we are getting dump as follow " Work item 000000595425: Object CL_EHHSS_PCO_INC_LC method START_PROCESSING cannot be executed". and further we are getting exception.

Please help me to resolve this issue.  I have attached the screen shot for the reference.

Automatic Workflow configuration not has been done. Some basic activities necessary need to be configure for execute the  workflow.

Could you give details of the task?

Have you check the workflow in SWI6?

Have you check the task in SWI2_FREQ?
