Auto Calculation for ESI

Hello,

My client would like to make Er ESIC as an part of CTC, I've calculated & arranged well but stuck on an issue of auto calculation in IT0008. Also added Define valuation of base wage types for esic as 4.75% for Basic, HRA, Con & Special Allowance. Still the auto calculation is not coming in the system.

Hi Sonal,

We have a similar requirements such as Client wants to display the CTC of employees. We have configured the Earning wage Type, and Dummy wage type. Then we calculate the employer ESIC to match the CTC.Example:-

Earning wage Type –Basic, HRA, Conveyance, Special Allowance

Dummy Wage Type -Employer Contri. ESIC,PF-Employer Contibution

Solution:-

Copy the WageType Through Tcode – OH11

If you wants to default the WT the following path

Personnel ManagementàPersonnel AdministrationàPayroll DataàBasic PayàRevise Default Wage Types

For Default calculation:-

SM30-T539J-Create New

Mod:-PRZNT

Valuated WT (PF-Employer Contibution WTxxxx)

No: 1

Start date / End Date:

Base WT: (Basic Salary WT)

Percentage: 4.75

In the same way put you all the wage type, you wants to deduct the employer ESIC
