Deleting records from table PKCH

Hi all,

We have a standard SAP program at my company to activate/deactivate batch management for a material.

I am trying to a convert a material to batch management but the program is giving error because for that material the KANBAN is active. In past that material was batch managed and business requested to de activate it by mistake.

Due to this, batch information in table PKCH was not deleted and at this time when I try to activate the material for batch management it throws error saying there are entries in PKCH and the program is not being able to insert the new batch info for it.

Now this batch does not exists in any other tables like MCH1, MCHA MCHBH or etc. So if I try to run the batch archieval program using SARA, it does not do any good.

So my question is, Is there a way to clean up table PKCH? Is there someway I can delete records in table PKCH?

Thanks,

Hi Everyone,

Thank you so much for the responses.

Deleting control cycle and then creating new one solved the issue.

Once again, Thank you so much for all the responses.

Hello Nisha,

You can view the Kanban correction details from PK31. Also, the event-driven signals can be deleted from PK23L.

Hello Nisha,

Could you please try activating batch mgt via MM02 and post the error display log in the forum.
