Need to hide fields in an IT

Hello experts,

I need help in hiding options in an infotype screen. should i take the help of a ABAP person or is there config that I can modify? Your quick answers would be much appreciated.

Dear Anthony,

If this is standard info type I'm sure SAP standard system will support for this you have to follow below step's

1. Go to table T588M.

2. Select module pool --> MP (Info type 0002 or 0006...etc) = MP000600

3. Standard screen --> 2000

4. Alter native screen --> 2000 or some else by selecting you will find difference

What are you trying to achieve that's not do-able in T588M?

Is it a custom or standard infotype?

Thanks, but there are four options Screen Data, GUI Data, Field Data, and Field Description for Batch Input when i hit F1 to get info about the field i want to maintain. There is a program name in Screen data and GUI data. When I enter the program name from Screen Data i get nothing. When I enter it from the GUI data i get some options, but not all the options for the fields that i can see on the infotype screen. What would you guys suggest?

What is the infotype and the field(s) you are trying to hide?
