Agentry Test Environment does not show values data

Hi everyone,

I have installed SMP 3.0 and I try to use both ATE version 7.0.3 and ATE version 7.0.5 but after synchronization no values data are shown in the fields screeen.

If I inspect the Agentry Objects I find the Work Order values for example the description.

Why ATE not display the values in screens ? Could be due to an error in the user configuration ?

If you are using Work Manager 6.1 or service manager 4 that is built on SMP 3.  Tthey the applications use iPad screen sets.  The ATE can not show the iPad Screensets at this current time.

thank you for your response. So what you suggest for test Windows (WPF) changes ?

ATE should  still  work for WINCE platform or other alternative is WPF client.
