Is that possible to connect Lotusnote and Mainframe(VSAM,Datacom) to SAPBODS4.2, if so how to connect and create Datastore?

You can connect to Notes via an ODBC driver (not supplied). Mainframe connectivity is supported via Attunity Connect.
