ORG. Data Changes

Hello Experts ,

Is there a way / log to find out  what Org. Data has been changed ,  who has changed it .

Its very difficult to trace , if someone mess-up's with Org. Data .

Please let me know if there is any method by which we can track this .

Check this KBA:

1617444 - How to activate the log for values changed in PPOMA_BBP to SRM 5.0

For higher releases than 5.0, there is no need to create change document object class as they are already available in standard.
