Is there any possibility to get link of base document from draft pending for approval

Hi,

Can I see the draft pending for an approval from base document itself?. OR can I see the draft document in relationship map from base document after doing some setting?. OR is there any reports available where I can get the data having base document numbers and draft numbers together? 

I can see base document from drafts by simply clicking on base document. But not able to see vice versa (the other way around) which I want to get.

I there any possibility to get this information in SAP Business One?

That I can do. This I already mentioned. I want the information other way around. I want to see "sales order- draft (pending) window" from base order (sales order).  I have sales order in front of my screen. Now I want to get draft.

This information can be seen in document draft reports. We can see draft number and base documents numbers there with linkages.

So, I can conclude that there is no as such setting available in standard SAP to get relationship MAP from base document itself to get drafts pending for approval.  OR no any as such reports available. In draft document its available but its in remark field which is not efficient.

Hi,

The answer is no for your question. Draft document is only working as a template. There is no such relationship like Sales Quotation against Sales Order.

That is correct. There is no base concept for draft.

You can't see the draft from the original document.
To see that information

Run this report

SELECT T1.[DocNum], T1.[DocDate], T1.[DocDueDate], T1.[CardCode], T1.[CardName], T0.[BaseRef], T0.[BaseType], T0.[BaseEntry], T0.[BaseLine], T0.[ItemCode], T0.[Dscription], T0.[Quantity], T0.[Price], T0.[LineTotal] FROM DRF1 T0 INNER JOIN ODRF T1 ON T0.DocEntry = T1.DocEntry

It will retrieve the base document information.

Did you already  try the "Approval Status Report" or "Approval Decision Report"?

If this reports don't show what you need,

I'm sorry to say that in a query you can get that information by normal B1 you can't.

You can also get what you need with an Add-on.

Yes, I already tried in "Approval Status Report" and "Approval Decision Report. Also tried several other options. Example relationship MAP. Clicking on target document tab. But no desired result. As per our company policy we don't get add on.
