Hi,

Since last couple of days we are getting Timeout error in SM58.

This is for Logical Workflow destination and error is:-

timeout during accept / CPIC-CALL: 'ThSAPCMRCV' : cmRc=27 thRc=751 Timeou

I have attached screen shot, do I need to change any gateway parameter or Logical RFC Timeout value?

Response would be highly appreciated.

Best Regards

Devendra Soni

Hi Devendra,

Please ref this note . . . .

1285242 - CPIC-CALL: 'ThSAPCMRCV' no data received

2034087 - GW: "Timeout during accept" error message in trace file

Hope it helpful for you.

Hi All,

Based on your suggestions, I have checked in system and below are the observations:-

1) We have upgraded Kernel couple of months back. Currently we are running on Kernel 720 Patch level 600.

2) The RFC "WORKFLOW_LOCAL_900" is correctly set up.

3) This error is intermittent and does not show everyday. Background job is running which calls functional functional module SWF_RUN_REMOTE_SERVICE.

4) I will check SAP Note as suggested and will let you know.

Best Regards

Hi Devendra,

Did you check the background jobs that ran at same time?

Have you tryed the RFC test? goto se38 -> "RSRFCPIN" and enter the RFC WORKFLOW_LOCAL_900

Can you execute ping command on the server side ( OS ) to the target server ?

Cheers
