Unable to re-install Crystal Reports

Hi Team,

We had some issue with the desktop client that I installed Crystal Reports successfully a couple months ago. Now after rebuilding the desktop, I want to go ahead and re-install Crystal Reports. So, when I run setup, and put in the product key, it has been doing this "waiting kind of thing" little dots circling and waiting, and I can't hit Next button, it is grayed out. This has been happening for over 1 hr now. Can you please help?

    Hi Sam,

    What version of Crystal Reports is this?

    You should try:

    1. Disabling the Antivirus program

    2. Running the Installer as a 'Local Admin'.
