No data in UJE_TEAM,UJE_USER_TEAM tables

Hi,

In production, there is no data for UJE_TEAM,UJE_USER_TEAM tables.

When I clicked number of records, it is giving 0(Zero) records.

We are on BPC10,BW7.3 version.

Hi Manohar,

Those tables are from 7.5. In 10.0 they aren't used any longer.

Hi Gersh,

Thanks a lot for the info.So in BPC10,if I want to know the teams associated with list of users,how can we get?We can get the data in Web admin client.But I want to list out all the teams that were assigned to 30 users.Is there any way,instead of manual activity?

Hi Manohar,

One of the options to implement a BPC program in your system which can export the security data into csv files which you can then pivot for any analysis.

Please look for the latest mass user management tool for 10.0 article on sdn and implement the program in your system. The transports are part of the pdf document.

If you are interested only in teams and users, have you checked the security report in the admin. Please check the 'Audit' under the home tab if it meets your requirement.

Hi Manohan,

BPC generates Roles for most of the Authorizations. For Teams it creates Roles that start with ZBPC_MXT (if security team didn't customize that). You can find Role for a particular Team and check what users are assigned to it. Also t/a SUIM is helpful in many similar cases.

Hello Manohar,

Is this problem related to all your environments?

Do you see any errors in UJA_DATA_CHECKER for environment shell? Was the activation of shell succesful?

Thanks for your reply.

Yes,the problem is in all systems(Dev,QA,Prd) and for all environments.

Got one warning in the check."Info object Catalog /CPMB/ENVIRONMENTSHELL_CHAR is not available in Version A".

When I checked in RSA1,Info objects menu,there is no catalog under /CPMB/ENVIRONMENTSHELL info area.

What do you mean by "Activation of Shell"?
