Maintain Conditions for Determining Wave Templates Validation

I m new to this EMW.

For Maintaining conditions records i need to do validation for the entered ship to party details.

Can i know the process to do and kindly help me.

We can able to enter able to enter the wrong ship to party details and while saving the condition record details its successfully saving. And also same entries can be saved many times.

Kindly give me suggestion for this.
