BEX broadcasting in PDF format is not working

Hi All,

We are trying to publish a query in Portal in PDF format. While doing so receiving the below error message.

"Framework class CL_RSRD_PRODUCER_PRECALC type PROD did not deliver a document " .

When we try to publish in other formats like HTML are working.

Please suggest on this.

Hi,

Thanks for the quick reply. Already checked these posts.

We are having issues only when publishing it in PDF format. And the note 990321 is referring to SPS10.

But we ar at SPS13. So we can not apply this.All other formats are working fine.

Please suggest.

Dear Jyothi

Is this the issue with all the clients or only to specific client. there can be some issue with Java which gets corrected when you restart it.
