Attempt to set up connection to <server_name> failed

Hi, i am trying to connect to ftp location. using FTP_CONNECT.

but i am getting below error -

Attempt to set up connection to <> failed

I have checked RSFTP002 , same error occurs. and checked the RFC SAPFTP and SAPFTPA, in sm59, both are working fine.

I have maintained the required entries in SAPFTP_SERVERS . still the same error.

Could you please help me on this.
